1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bouncingball88 ("bouncingball88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bouncingball88 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

bouncingball88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bouncingball88 services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. bouncingball88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment details.

bouncingball88 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that fail KYC verification or are found to contain false information may be suspended or permanently closed. bouncingball88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension due to failed verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bouncingball88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bouncingball88 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, using your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bouncingball88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bouncingball88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All transactions conducted through your account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bouncingball88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards.
• Prohibited deposit methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are strictly not accepted, in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• bouncingball88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and payment method ownership.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
• bouncingball88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your bouncingball88 account are held separately from company operating funds. bouncingball88 does not pay interest on player account balances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bouncingball88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bouncingball88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Winnings derived from free spins or free bets may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bouncingball88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bouncingball88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bouncingball88 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bouncingball88 Platform — including but not limited to the bouncingball88 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bouncingball88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bouncingball88.

10 Privacy & Data

bouncingball88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bouncingball88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bouncingball88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bouncingball88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bouncingball88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bouncingball88 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bouncingball88 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bouncingball88 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
